How Does CBD help with Pain?
CBD inhibits glutamate release and other inflammatory agents, which makes it ‘neuroprotective’ and excellent at dulling the prickling, tingling, and burning sensations associated with neuropathic pain. CBD is also good at calming inflammation, no matter what the root cause. The anti-inflammatory mechanism of cannabidiol is unique to the endocannabinoid system. It doesn’t work like other anti-inflammatory drugs by inhibiting COX-1 and COX-2 receptors.

How is Green Code CBD different?

Can CBD show up on a drug test?
It could, if the test is looking for CBD... The passing of H.R. 5485- Hemp Farming Act of 2018 legalized industrial hemp that has less than 0.3% THC. Drug tests are testing for delta 9 THC metabolite among other illicit metabolites. In light of the current federal regulations and the medical professionals we work with, we are adamant about formulating our products with zero THC to eliminate any liability. We then third-party lab test all of our finished products to validate there is no THC and to prove there is the stated amount of CBD.
What Type of CBD does Green Code use?
Green Code uses a CBD Isolate which has zero THC, in certain products we reinfuse additional natural terpenes (CBG,CBN) to aid in an “entourage effect”.
